Tanya commenced her role with Healthcare Practice Sales in September 2015 and has been a highly valued member of the team ever since. Throughout the last four years she has been an integral part of the growth of the Practice Sales arm of the business.
She holds a Diploma of Accounting and is responsible for managing the client valuation process including: data collection and analysis, client liaison and information transfer, financial analysis, valuation calculations and producing content for client sales prospectuses. Her combined role as the Accounts Manager also sees her responsible for the day to day Accounts Payable & Receivable, Payroll, BAS & internal finance reporting.
As the Sales and Marketing manager, Kimberley will be the main contact through the sales process, from creating a professional sales document, listing advertisements, connecting genuine buyers with sellers, to assisting through the entire settlement stage.
With a naturally friendly and outgoing personality, Kimberley is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients and working together to get a great result for both buyer and seller. Kimberley believes client’s want to work with someone who has a straight-forward, honest and knowledgeable approach with communication being the key to meeting a client’s needs and expectations.

Ashlea has already proven to be an asset to the team and the key figure in managing the advertising, social media and client correspondence for HCPS and assisting the Sales Manager with all sales related matters.
